Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
Goodtype Challenge // Lettering collaboration with Caren Kreger @everyday.hooray
When Goodtype released a prompt asking artists to pair up to create a lettering piece as a team, I immediately reached out to Caren Kreger over Instagram. I had been following her work for some time, and had always admired her from afar. Luckily, she said yes and created this piece with me!
We had no plan going in—we simply passed the file back and forth via Procreate and each added a word until we had finished. Working this way was a breath of fresh air! It resulted in one of my favorite pieces, plus, it was the start of a lovely friendship.
